Complaint Process

ASTTBC Registered Fire Protection Technicians (RFPT) are required to comply with rigorous professional standards of practice and ethics. Anyone that considers the service provided by an RFPT as unprofessional or of questionable quality is requested to submit a complaint to ASTTBC.
